Return Eligibility
We accept returns of unused items in their original condition within 30 days of purchase. Items must be in the same condition as when received, with all original packaging and tags intact.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact us using the information provided below. We will provide you with return instructions and a return authorization number. Returns without authorization may not be accepted.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to the original method of payment within 10 business days.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Custom or personalized items
- Items that have been used or damaged
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
- Items without original packaging or tags
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective or incorrect. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
